Your mission
- As Quality Manager, you and your team are responsible for the quality management system in accordance with GMP/GDP, maintaining it and developing it further.
- You will handle processes such as documentation, processing and tracking of quality-related events, e.g. complaints, deviations and CAPA measures (corrective and preventive actions), audits, creation of PQRs
- You will contribute to the further development of the quality management system and assist in the creation and updating of quality documents, such as SOPs and work instructions.
- You will accompany internal and external audits, assist with preparation and follow-up, and implement the requirements for audit processes.
- You analyse quality deviations and support the development and implementation of measures for continuous improvement (CIP).
- You will work on projects to optimise processes and quality assurance measures and take on responsibility for sub-projects.
- You will assist in training employees on quality-related topics and promote a culture of quality within the company.
